My friend I am typing from Brazil. I was looking for some data about Chondromalacia patela and I took a look at your article Chondromalacia patela Exercises (http://www.livestron...ella-exercises/).

I have a doubt and I wonder if I could ask you about deadlift exercise.

In your article you say “...The deadlift and its variations can be performed with chondromalacia patella when done correctly...”. That´s ok, but how I am Brazillian I would like to know if when you say Deadlift is about normal and romain deadlift.

I am 43 years old and a bodybuilding for 23 years. I have Chondromalacia and I love doing normal deadlift.

Should I keep deadlift in my routine, since I have removed squats and other legs exercises?

Thanks a lot

I am impressed with your body of knowledge but even more-so, I am impressed with your ability to visualize difficult physical, engineering and chemical concepts and organize them into something substantive for all to understand.

My quwestion related to this posting is:

What or how do you define "Flatfootedness"?

The idea of “striking a balance” is one that I’ve supported for quite sometime, and it seems that in the process of doing so, I’ve been misunderstood by several individuals.  For clarification, when I say balance, I am r...
