I have a doubt and I wonder if I could ask you about deadlift exercise.
In your article you say â...The deadlift and its variations can be performed with chondromalacia patella when done correctly...â. That´s ok, but how I am Brazillian I would like to know if when you say Deadlift is about normal and romain deadlift.
I am 43 years old and a bodybuilding for 23 years. I have Chondromalacia and I love doing normal deadlift.
Should I keep deadlift in my routine, since I have removed squats and other legs exercises?
